Intern - You will be required to follow all team policies as an intern you will be tested and must show you will be a good addition to our team
the training period as an intern will be 2 weeks - 1 month at that time it will be decided if you will advance to the staff position, if you advance to staff
you will be paid for all the work you have gained as an intern if not you will be removed from the team.
Helper - As a helper you will be required to follow all of our terms of service as well as try to follow the team policies where a intern will be required
to do a certain amount of work and be present a certain length of time during the month to you it is more of a suggestion if we notice a helper is never actually helping anyone
your probably going to be fired from the position however the helper position has far less strict rules than interns do the down side to this is interns will get paid if they advance to staff
as a helper that is your final position you will need to apply as an intern to get higher positions and earn a salary.
EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT This Employment Agreement (this "Agreement") is made effective as of DATEHERE by and between 9000INC of Kannapolis, North Carolina, 28083 and of USERNAMEHERE A. 9000INC is engaged in the business of Online Services. USERNAMEHERE will primarily perform the job duties at the following location: Over Social Media Services B.USERNAMEHERE is an at will employee of 9000INC. Either party is able to terminate the employment agreement at any time. Therefore, the parties agree as follows: 1. EMPLOYMENT. 9000INC shall employ USERNAMEHERE as a(n) Intern / Appropriate Rank. USERNAMEHERE shall provide to 9000INC duties as needed. USERNAMEHERE accepts and agrees to such employment, and agrees to be subject to the general supervision, advice and direction of 9000INC and 9000INC's supervisory personnel. 2. BEST EFFORTS OF EMPLOYEE. USERNAMEHERE agrees to perform faithfully, industriously, and to the best of his / her ability, experience, and talents, all of the duties that may be required by the express and implicit terms of this Agreement, to the reasonable satisfaction of 9000INC. Such duties shall be provided at such place(s) as the needs, business, or opportunities of 9000INC may require from time to time. 3. OWNERSHIP OF SOCIAL MEDIA CONTACTS. Any social media contacts, including "followers" or "friends," that are acquired through accounts (including, but not limited to email addresses, blogs, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, or other social media networks) used or created on behalf of 9000INC are the property of 9000INC. 4. COMMISSION PAYMENTS. 9000INC will make commission payments to USERNAMEHERE based upon the work completed and the quality it is. This commission will be paid ON AVERAGE monthly on the ninth day of the following month. Upon request by USERNAMEHERE, 9000INC will make advances against expected commissions in accordance with 9000INC's usual policies. Right to Inspect. USERNAMEHERE, or USERNAMEHERE's agent, shall have the right to inspect 9000INC's records for the limited purpose of verifying the calculation of the commission payments, subject to such restrictions as 9000INC may reasonably impose to protect the confidentiality of the records. Such inspections shall be made during reasonable business hours as may be set by 9000INC. 5. RECOMMENDATIONS FOR IMPROVING OPERATIONS. USERNAMEHERE shall provide 9000INC with all information, suggestions, and recommendations regarding 9000INC's business, of which has knowledge, that will be of benefit to 9000INC. 6. CONFIDENTIALITY. USERNAMEHERE recognizes that 9000INC has and will have information regarding the following: - inventions - products - product design - processes - technical matters - trade secrets - copyrights - customer lists - prices - costs - discounts - business affairs - future plans and other vital information items (collectively, "Information") which are valuable, special and unique assets of 9000INC. USERNAMEHERE agrees that he/she will not at any time or in any manner, either directly or indirectly, divulge, disclose, or communicate any Information to any third party without the prior written consent of 9000INC. USERNAMEHERE will protect the Information and treat it as strictly confidential. A violation by he/she of this paragraph shall be a material violation of this Agreement and will justify legal and/or equitable relief. This Agreement is in compliance with the Defend Trade Secrets Act and provides civil or criminal immunity to any individual for the disclosure of trade secrets: (i) made in confidence to a federal, state, or local government official, or to an attorney when the disclosure is to report suspected violations of the law; or (ii) in a complaint or other document filed in a lawsuit if made under seal. 7. UNAUTHORIZED DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION. If it appears that USERNAMEHERE has disclosed (or has threatened to disclose) Information in violation of this Agreement, 9000INC shall be entitled to an injunction to restrain USERNAMEHERE from disclosing, in whole or in part, such Information, or from providing any services to any party to whom such Information has been disclosed or may be disclosed. 9000INC shall not be prohibited by this provision from pursuing other remedies, including a claim for losses and damages. 8. CONFIDENTIALITY AFTER TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT. The confidentiality provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect after the voluntary or involuntary termination of USERNAMEHERE's employment. 9. EMPLOYEE'S INABILITY TO CONTRACT FOR EMPLOYER. USERNAMEHERE shall not have the right to make any contracts or commitments for or on behalf of 9000INC without first obtaining the express written consent of 9000INC. 10. TERM/TERMINATION. USERNAMEHERE's employment under this Agreement shall be for an unspecified term on an "at will" basis. If USERNAMEHERE is in violation of this Agreement, 9000INC may terminate employment without notice. 11. COMPLIANCE WITH EMPLOYER'S RULES. USERNAMEHERE agrees to comply with all of the rules and regulations of 9000INC. 12. RETURN OF PROPERTY. Upon termination of this Agreement, shall deliver to 9000INC all property which is 9000INC's property or related to 9000INC's business (including keys, records, notes, data, memoranda, models, and equipment) that is in USERNAMEHERE's possession or under USERNAMEHERE's control. Such obligation shall be governed by any separate confidentiality or proprietary rights agreement signed by USERNAMEHERE. 13. NOTICES. All notices required or permitted under this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed delivered when delivered in person or on the third day after being deposited in the United States mail, postage paid, addressed as follows: Employer: 9000INC James Gross - Owner Kannapolis, North Carolina 28083 Employee: USERNAMEHERE Such addresses may be changed from time to time by either party by providing written notice in the manner set forth above. 14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This Agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties and there are no other promises or conditions in any other agreement whether oral or written. This Agreement supersedes any prior written or oral agreements between the parties. 15. AMENDMENT. This Agreement may be modified or amended, if the amendment is made in writing and is signed by both parties. 16. SEVERABILITY. If any provisions of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable. If a court finds that any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, but that by limiting such provision it would become valid or enforceable, then such provision shall be deemed to be written, construed, and enforced as so limited. 17. WAIVER OF CONTRACTUAL RIGHT. The failure of either party to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver or limitation of that party's right to subsequently enforce and compel strict compliance with every provision of this Agreement. 18. APPLICABLE LAW. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. 19. SIGNATORIES. This Agreement shall be signed by USERNAMEHERE, Intern on behalf of 9000INC and by ADMINHERE in an individual capacity. This Agreement is effective as of the date first above written.

When a prize is won from a giveaway/event it will be added to your account
at this time you can start a payout request you will then be paid based on
how many people are ahead of you on the list and what you requested to be paid,
large payments may take additional time to be fulfilled.

Q: I have won a give away and have not been paid?
A: Please make sure you still have valid verification related to the give away you have won aside from that all winnings earned from us give aways or not, are generally done via our pending payout system meaning it may take up to around a month for you to be paid at times even with valid verification. Q: Someone who says they work for you has asked for my accounts password should I give it to them?
A: If they work for us they will never ask for your password for an account on our website as they should have the power to access and change it if they are supposed to such as a manager
