Respect / Service With A Smile!

We here like to boast having a very diverse community! Many different great users from all over the world that being said not all of them will be the nicest of people never the less when first interacting with one of our users you should always be kind, nice & respectful. For all you know they may really enjoy the interaction and give you a good review that leads to a promotion!

Reporting

Reporting offenses, I know reporting is long boring and tedious but we still ask you as a member of our team to report ANY incidents from simply using a bot command in the wrong chat to mass pinging every report matters additionally not reporting incidents may be seen as you trying to cover it up and may result in you getting in trouble so please make sure to get your reports done thank you.

Being Active

While different positions with us require different amounts of activity we ask that all members of our team make it easy to contact them and respond within 3 days of being contacted additionally you will be asked to turn in / prove that you are working on a project related to your employment with us weekly. Do note we allow vacations, sick leave & another leave options as long as you give proper notification and the time off cleared with us.

Being Knowledgeable

When you are first hired we will understand you may not know how everything works but as time goes on you will be required to know basic information regarding your employment with us. Knowing additional information about our community may also help lead to a promotion. If you have any questions please ask. :)

Manager

Earning The Rank:
To earn manager you must be active very often, show you are knowledgeable in our community, as well as prove you are simply put doing a great job basically all the time
What is expected of you:
As a manager you will be expected to watch over staff and make sure they are doing their jobs correctly, as well as being very active within our community and making sure all our members are following the rules and happy with the experience they are having you will additionally be expected to do other things though you will not have to all the time and you will have many choices for things to do (See Job Board bellow)

Staff

Earning The Rank:
To earn staff you must pass your training period with us as an intern to do so you must be active and show you will benefit our team by having you obviously that will require you doing work (See Job Board bellow)
What is expected of you:
As a staff member of our team you will be expected to be active often and know a great deal about our community additionally you will be expected to do good work for us often (See Job Board bellow)

By using our give aways you agree and consent to all of the following terms
#1 Our pending payout system we have our very own pending payout system when you win a prize with us you will not be instantly paid rather you will be put on a list where everyone is paid at once via a 'max payout' more details on how this process works soon to come!
#2 Our privacy agreement by entering into give aways the info you use to win such as a username as well as what you win may be disclosed to the public

Violation of Terms

Violating any of these terms may exclude you from using our services for all incidents you may file an appeal with our report page.

Strike Policy!

Many of our services use the following strike policy to enforce our rules if you noticed you have been punished in a manner that does not fit this strike policy please report it as soon as possible and we will check out the situation to make sure it was handled correctly! *Do note while most cases should be handled this way not all will the nature of the issue will also greatly effect how the situation should be handled.

First Offense

User is temporarly muted / loses many permissions that would allow them to "troll". Typically between 30 minutes to 4 hours

Second Offense

User is muted / loses many permissions that would allow them to "troll". Until a Staff or higher ranking member directly talks with them and decides they are ready to be unmuted.

Repeat Offense's

If a moderator is attempting to stop you from breaking our rules and you find some way to continue doing it/refuse to stop you risk being kicked / banned from our community. Additionaly, if our team notices you are often a repeat offender of our rules / terms you risk being kicked / banned from our community.

Q: Do I have to read all the terms?
A: No but not reading them DOES NOT LIMIT YOUR LIABILITY to any terms related to our services that you are using.

Q: Someone gave me an extension / external code for this site should I use it?
A: Flat out no for extensions, If you did not create it and it did not come from us it may be someone trying to steal your account. If you did create it be warned depending on what your extension does it may exclude you from events/features or possibly even get you banned. So you are best off only using extensions we release for our site thank you. :)

Q: I have won a give away and have not been paid?
A: Please make sure you still have valid verification related to the give away you have won aside from that all winnings earned from us give aways or not, are generally done via our pending payout system meaning it may take up to around a month for you to be paid at times even with valid verification. Sorry for the wait thank you for your patience.

Q: Someone who says they work for you has asked for my accounts password should I give it to them?
A: If they work for us they will never ask for your password for an account on our website as they should have the power to access and change it if they are supposed to such as a manager
