The Amazing Spider-Man 2 follows Peter Parker as he continues to balance his life as Spider-Man with his relationship with Gwen Stacy.

Peter is happier than ever with Gwen, but he struggles with the promise he made to her father to stay away from her. At the same time, he faces new threats, including Electro, a powerful enemy created by a tragic accident, and Harry Osborn, an old friend who returns with his own plans.

As Peter learns more about his parents and the origins of his powers, he begins to realize that being Spider-Man comes with difficult choices and painful consequences.

Despite everything, Peter and Gwen remain deeply connected. Their relationship becomes the emotional heart of the story as they dream about a future together.

But when Gwen becomes caught in the middle of Peter’s fight against his enemies, everything changes. Peter is unable to save her, leaving him devastated and questioning whether he can continue being Spider-Man.

The movie ends with Peter stepping away from his role for a time, broken by the loss of the person he loved most, before finding the strength to rise again.
