9000INC Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information 9000INC processes, where it comes from, why it is used, who can receive it, how long it may be kept, and how to request access, correction, or deletion.

1. Scope, operator, and synchronized legal releases

This policy applies to 9000INC websites, accounts, Discord integrations, browser and downloadable games, multiplayer relay services, Teams tools, shop and membership features, donations, giveaways, 9k Pay, Minecraft access, analytics/API features, software downloads, support, and related services that link to this policy.

The current policy version, effective date, change summary, and prior published releases are shown in the Legal Center. Terms and Privacy are published together as one synchronized release. Reviewed translations are tied to the hashes of the canonical English documents. If a translation is missing, incomplete, unreviewed, or stale, the complete canonical English release is shown instead of a partial translation.

2. Categories of information 9000INC may collect

Account and identity information

Account ID, username, display name, email when provided, avatar, profile fields, preferred language, theme and accessibility settings, account status, creation and login timestamps, friend code, roles, and linked authentication provider identifiers and profile details. 9000INC does not receive your Discord or Google password.

Authentication, security, and device information

Session identifiers, CSRF tokens, persistent-login selector and hashed verifier, hashed or truncated security identifiers where implemented, IP address, approximate city/region/country derived from a public IP when enabled, user agent, login success or failure, trusted-proxy information, security events, rate-limit records, audit logs, and administrative actions.

Profile, social, community, and support information

Profile visibility, status, bio, website link, friends and requests, chat messages, reactions, room membership, support tickets and replies, notices, applications, course submissions, survey responses, advertisements, moderation records, reports, and other content you choose to submit.

Uploads and files

Images, videos, documents, resumes, work proof, incident attachments, chat attachments, content uploads, filenames, file type, size, upload time, uploader, access scope, retention or expiration settings, and technical metadata needed to store and deliver the file. Do not upload unnecessary sensitive information.

Purchases, account balance, donations, and financial records

Internal account balance, orders, line items, gifts, invoices, receipts, transaction history, promo and redeem-code use, memberships, themes, content entitlements, payment-provider references, refunds, reversals, disputes, donation amounts, supporter totals, reward entitlements, and fulfillment notes. Approved payment providers should handle card, bank, or payment credentials when live processing is enabled; 9000INC should not store full card numbers or payment-provider passwords.

9k Pay information

Approved limits, requested principal, fee and repayment calculations, payout method type, non-sensitive payout identifier, manual delivery details, request-specific agreement summary and version, acceptance time, approval/funds-sent time, due date, repayments, reminders, late or paused status, administrative reviews, and invoice-backed transaction records. Free-text fields must not be used for bank account numbers, routing numbers, passwords, security codes, or government identification numbers.

Teams, work, scheduling, payroll, and location information

Team membership, position, permissions, invitations, availability, time off, schedules, shift assignments, clock-in and clock-out, breaks, work logs, tasks, incident reports, manager reviews, exceptions, pay settings, rate and overtime settings, adjustments, signoffs, pay-period calculations, projected or converted currency displays, and related audit records.

When location is allowed, 9000INC may process latitude, longitude, accuracy, timestamp, event type, Team, job site, task, shift/session, geofence result, override reason, and route/location updates. Browser or map providers may separately process device and map-request information under their own policies.

Games, Discord, bots, Minecraft, and software information

Game account links, pairing codes, device/install identifiers, local or server save references, player names, rooms, lobby codes, host settings, readiness, scores, achievements, submissions, votes, chat, latency and connection events, download counts, platform and release choice, errors, and multiplayer relay activity. Discord features may process Discord user, server, channel, role, command, message, reaction, voice, boost, and bot-setting information according to the enabled feature and Discord permissions.

Minecraft access may process website account, Minecraft username, offline UUID, server identity, connection IP, challenge token status, access request and revocation, heartbeat, and bridge audit information. Username, UUID, or IP alone is not treated as sufficient authentication.

Analytics and API information

Page or feature activity, aggregate platform counts, game downloads, ad impressions and clicks, giveaway activity, API key ID and scopes, key usage, quota/rate-limit events, response status, performance timing, and privacy-thresholded login geography. Public analytics are intended to exclude raw private account, payroll, invoice, support-content, and administrative datasets.

3. Sources of information and purposes of processing

Information may come directly from you, your browser or device, an authorized Team owner or manager, another user interacting with you, Discord, Google, payment and email providers, map/geolocation services, Minecraft servers, game clients, security and threat-information sources, or administrative records.

9000INC uses information to:

  • create, authenticate, link, merge, secure, support, and delete accounts;
  • operate profiles, friends, chat, support, content, courses, surveys, advertisements, games, bots, multiplayer, Minecraft, and community features;
  • process shop orders, internal balances, invoices, memberships, donations, rewards, promo codes, refunds, disputes, and 9k Pay records;
  • provide Teams scheduling, timekeeping, location, work-log, incident, payroll-calculation, and manager-review tools;
  • prevent fraud, abuse, duplicate-account exploitation, unauthorized access, malware, spam, and service disruption;
  • diagnose errors, measure performance, maintain audit history, improve features, and develop new services;
  • communicate about accounts, transactions, support, security, Team activity, policy changes, and service operations;
  • comply with law, enforce Terms, resolve disputes, and protect users, staff, providers, and systems.

4. Teams location, live maps, and workplace records

Location access is requested through the browser or device when a location-dependent action is used. The website should not receive precise location when permission is denied. Location may be recorded for clock-in, clock-out, current or route updates, tasks, incidents, job sites, and geofence checks.

Authorized Team managers or reviewers may view Team location and timekeeping records. Active teammates may see other active teammates on a live map only when the Team's setting enables that visibility. A Team owner or manager is responsible for configuring access, providing any legally required workplace notice or consent, and using the information only for legitimate Team purposes.

Generated start-of-shift geofences are informational warnings. Saved Team or shift geofences may be used for validation, with documented overrides available for GPS, browser, map, connectivity, or safety problems. Location precision varies and is not guaranteed.

5. Purchases, donations, payment providers, and 9k Pay

9000INC stores transaction records needed for account balances, orders, invoices, entitlements, donation totals, refunds, reversals, disputes, fraud prevention, accounting, and support. When an external payment provider is enabled, it independently processes payment credentials and returns transaction or customer references needed to confirm status.

Donation history and cumulative supporter totals may be visible to authorized administrators and to the donating account. Public recognition is used only when the feature and user choice permit it. Donation reward notes can contain scheduling or fulfillment information and should not contain sensitive personal data.

9k Pay may involve financial and identity-related records. Access is restricted to the requesting user and authorized administrators or reviewers. The interface is designed to collect only non-sensitive payout identifiers; users must not enter bank credentials or unnecessary identity documents in free-text fields.

6. When information is shared or visible

9000INC does not sell account information for money. Information may be disclosed or made visible in these circumstances:

  • At your direction: public profiles, game names, rooms, submissions, advertisements, Team activity, public recognition, or content you choose to share.
  • Within a Team: owners, managers, reviewers, and permitted teammates may receive schedule, timeclock, pay, task, incident, chat, file, and location information according to their roles and Team settings.
  • Service providers: hosting, database, content delivery, authentication, Discord, Google, maps, email, payment, app-store, game-relay, security, and support providers may process the limited information needed to perform their services.
  • Safety and enforcement: authorized staff may access information to provide support, investigate abuse, secure systems, enforce rules, correct transactions, or protect rights and safety.
  • Legal requirements: information may be preserved or disclosed in response to valid legal process, regulatory obligations, emergency requests, or to establish or defend legal claims.
  • Organizational changes: information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of the service, subject to appropriate notice and continued protection.

Third-party advertising or analytics tools may independently treat some data transfers as โ€œsharingโ€ or targeted advertising under certain laws. Before enabling a feature that requires an opt-out or other privacy control, 9000INC should provide the required notice and choice. Current membership ad preferences control 9000INC ad display but are not a substitute for any legally required privacy opt-out.

7. Cookies, sessions, local storage, and similar technology

9000INC uses required cookies or similar storage for login sessions, CSRF protection, persistent login, selected language, policy acceptance, interface preferences, carts, and service security. Persistent login uses a random selector and verifier; the database stores a hash of the verifier rather than the raw verifier. Browser local storage may remember guest policy acceptance, theme or accessibility preferences, dismissals, and game-related state.

Disabling required cookies or browser storage may prevent login, checkout, saved preferences, multiplayer, or other core features. Third-party providers may set or read their own cookies under their policies when their integrations are enabled.

8. Retention, deletion, accuracy, and security

Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed for the feature, account, transaction, Team record, support request, security purpose, legal obligation, or dispute. Retention varies by category:

  • temporary sessions, pairing codes, uploads, live locations, and transient game data may expire quickly or according to configured limits;
  • account, profile, social, and preference data may remain while the account is active;
  • Team time, pay, incident, and workplace records may be retained by 9000INC and the Team owner for operational or legal recordkeeping;
  • orders, invoices, donations, 9k Pay agreements, repayments, refunds, disputes, acceptance history, security logs, and administrative audits may be kept longer;
  • backups may retain deleted information until the backup cycle expires, with access limited to recovery and security needs.

Users and Team managers should keep records accurate and correct errors through available tools or support. 9000INC uses reasonable administrative, technical, and access controls, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Security incidents may be investigated, contained, logged, and reported to affected people or authorities when required.

9. Account controls and privacy requests

Depending on the account and applicable law, you may be able to:

  • review and update profile, visibility, language, theme, accessibility, provider, and security settings;
  • request access to or a copy of account information;
  • request correction of inaccurate information;
  • request deletion of the account or certain information;
  • object to or restrict certain processing where a legal right applies;
  • request information about categories, purposes, providers, or disclosures;
  • appeal or ask for review when a privacy request is denied, where required.

Requests may require verification through a linked provider, active session, or other reasonable method. 9000INC may deny, limit, or retain information where necessary for security, fraud prevention, transactions, Team or employment records, legal obligations, disputes, another person's rights, or an exception allowed by law. Exercising a privacy right will not result in unlawful discrimination, although deleting information can make a requested feature impossible to provide.

Privacy rights differ by jurisdiction. The presence of a request option does not mean every privacy law applies to every user or to 9000INC. 9000INC may voluntarily honor reasonable requests beyond minimum legal requirements when feasible.

10. Children, international access, and transfers

9000INC is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly seek personal information from them. A parent or guardian who believes a child under 13 provided information should contact 9000INC so the account and information can be reviewed and removed as appropriate.

Users outside the United States understand that information may be processed and stored in the United States and other locations used by service providers. Privacy protections and government-access rules may differ. Where a law applies to an international transfer or requires additional rights, 9000INC will use an appropriate legal basis or safeguard to the extent required.

11. Changes to this policy

Privacy and Terms are updated through synchronized legal releases. The Legal Center shows the effective date and a plain-language change summary. A material update may require renewed acceptance. Prior published snapshots and acceptance history are preserved where the legal-release tables are available.

12. Contact and data requests

Privacy questions, access/correction requests, deletion requests, or concerns can be submitted through 9000INC Support, account settings where available, or 9000inccom@gmail.com. Include the 9000INC username and enough information to verify the account, but do not send passwords, authentication codes, bank credentials, or unnecessary government identification.
