Teams
Teams is a website-first workspace for invite-only crews, staff groups, gaming clans, volunteer groups, and 9000INC internal teams. The website runs the dashboard, timeclock, shifts, tasks, work logs, hours, and admin review. Discord stays a shortcut/status layer.
What Teams includes
The public page explains the product. After login, /teams becomes your Teams main page.
Clock in/out, track Paid Break and Unpaid Break events, and keep unpaid break time separate from paid work time.
Create optional shifts with instructions, attached links, assigned members, confirmations, grace windows, and attendance tracking.
Tasks attach to shifts and use pending, completed, late, or completed late status with completion timestamps.
Invite members, manage positions, review work logs, view hours, close pay-period snapshots, and adjust team settings.
Discord commands can clock in/out, check status, or link back to the website without owning the complex workflow.
How joining works
- A Founder, Director, or Manager creates an invite.
- The invite can target a specific account/identifier or be a reusable invite link.
- The invited person logs in or creates an account.
- Accepting the invite adds them to that team with the selected position.
How creating teams works
- Free users can join invited teams but cannot create teams.
- Team creation slots are tiered: Basic 1 active team, Premium 3 active teams, Pro 10 active teams.
- Create from Blank Template or 9000INC Template.
- Manage active/suspended team slots from the Teams main page.
