Canonical Terms of Use
9000INC Terms of Use
These Terms govern the 9000INC website, accounts, Discord integrations, games, multiplayer services, Teams tools, shop, memberships, donations, giveaways, virtual rewards, Minecraft access, analytics/API features, software downloads, and other connected services that link to them.
1. Agreement, scope, and policy releases
By accessing or using a 9000INC service, creating or linking an account, joining a multiplayer room, using Teams, completing a purchase or donation, or accepting these Terms through the website, you agree to the current synchronized legal release shown in the Legal Center. The current Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Each published legal release has a version, effective date, change summary, and preserved snapshot. A material release may require renewed acceptance. Closing the agreement prompt, continuing to browse without accepting where acceptance is required, or accepting an older version does not count as acceptance of the current material release.
Some features present additional terms at the time of the action, including a generated 9k Pay agreement, giveaway rules, donation reward terms, Team policies, or a third-party provider's terms. Those specific terms supplement these Terms. If they conflict, the more specific terms control only for that feature and only to the extent of the conflict.
2. Eligibility, age, and authority
9000INC is a general-audience service and is not directed to children under 13. A person under 13 must not create an account or submit personal information. If 9000INC learns that personal information was collected from a child under 13 without appropriate authorization, the operator may restrict the account and delete the information as reasonably required.
If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use general community and game features only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. Purchases, donations, paid work, Team location tracking, 9k Pay, employment-related activity, or other regulated features may require additional age, guardian, employer, or legal authorization. Do not use a feature when you lack authority to agree to its terms.
If you use 9000INC for a Team, organization, employer, creator, or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to act for that entity and that your use complies with applicable employment, privacy, tax, payment, and recordkeeping requirements.
3. Accounts, authentication providers, linking, and merges
A 9000INC account is the canonical account record. Discord, Google, and future authentication providers are sign-in identities that may be linked to that account. 9000INC does not receive your provider password. You are responsible for protecting your provider accounts, devices, recovery methods, sessions, and any action performed through your account.
Do not share authentication sessions, impersonate another person, purchase or sell accounts, link an identity you do not control, or attempt to bypass reauthentication. You must provide accurate information when a feature requires it and keep important account and payout information current.
Account linking is based on verified provider ownership, not silent email matching. If duplicate accounts are created, the verified merge workflow may combine compatible records. A merge may be blocked when it would create conflicting provider identities, Team employment records, suspensions, payment records, or other ambiguous ownership. After a completed merge, the source account may be disabled and retained only as needed for audit, security, transaction, or legal records.
9000INC may repair, adjust, reverse, or revoke account data, balances, points, badges, premium access, themes, rewards, entitlements, or provider links when reasonably necessary to correct errors, investigate abuse, honor a refund or dispute, maintain data integrity, or enforce these Terms. Material administrative actions may be logged.
4. Acceptable use, safety, and user content
You may use 9000INC only for lawful, authorized, and community-appropriate purposes. You must not:
- harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, discriminate against, or impersonate another person;
- post or transmit illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, sexually exploitative, malicious, or dangerously abusive material;
- spam, manipulate engagement, falsify eligibility, abuse giveaways, coordinate fraudulent votes, or evade limits through duplicate accounts;
- probe or bypass access controls, scrape private data, introduce malware, interfere with availability, exploit bugs for advantage, reverse engineer protected server systems, or misuse API keys, room codes, bot controls, promo codes, payment flows, or administrative tools;
- upload content you do not have the right to use, disclose another person's private information without authorization, or use Team location tools for unrelated or covert tracking;
- use 9000INC to violate the rules of Discord, Google, Twitch, Minecraft, app stores, payment providers, hosting providers, or another connected platform.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant 9000INC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, transmit, and moderate that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, promote within the applicable feature, and support the service. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for copies reasonably retained in backups, transaction records, moderation evidence, shared conversations, or legal records.
Profiles, chats, support messages, Team records, incident reports, applications, survey responses, game submissions, advertisements, files, images, videos, and other user content may be reviewed by authorized moderators or administrators. 9000INC may reject, hide, remove, preserve, or restrict content when reasonably necessary for safety, support, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or enforcement.
5. Games, multiplayer, Discord, bots, Minecraft, and software
Game features may include local save data, website account links, device/install identifiers, achievements, leaderboards, room codes, player names, chat or submissions, relay servers, cross-platform connections, and host-controlled lobbies. Multiplayer availability, latency, matchmaking, saved progress, and compatibility are not guaranteed. Do not expose a private lobby code publicly unless you intend others to join.
Discord integrations and bots depend on Discord accounts, server permissions, slash commands, role settings, message or voice events, and Discord availability. Server administrators are responsible for configuring the bot appropriately and informing their communities when required. 9000INC may disable commands or integrations that create security, moderation, or platform-policy risk.
Minecraft access may use a website-issued challenge, Minecraft username, offline UUID, connection IP, server heartbeat, and access records. A username, UUID, or IP alone is not proof of website-account ownership. Access can be denied or revoked when the challenge is invalid, access expires, an account is suspended, or the service is unavailable.
Downloadable games, APKs, executables, Linux builds, plugins, scripts, browser tools, and other software are licensed for personal or authorized organizational use, not sold. You may not remove ownership notices, redistribute private builds, use software to bypass browser or platform security, or represent an unofficial modified copy as an official 9000INC release. Open-source components remain subject to their own licenses.
6. Points, EXP, badges, rewards, eligibility displays, and giveaways
Points, EXP, streaks, badges, tiers, virtual inventory, Employee Appreciation Points, eligibility scores, reward estimates, and similar features are limited platform records. Unless a specific written offer says otherwise, they are not legal tender, bank deposits, property held in trust, securities, transferable currency, or guaranteed cash value. They may be adjusted, expired, reset, capped, or revoked to correct errors, prevent abuse, or change a feature.
Eligibility scores, borrow-potential estimates, reward tiers, account-health displays, and future-perk estimates are informational. They do not guarantee credit, a loan, an advance, employment, compensation, a giveaway prize, a membership benefit, a rate, a limit, or any other outcome.
Giveaways may have separate eligibility, geographic, age, account, membership, platform, task, start/end, prize, and claim rules. Entries may be removed for fraud, duplicate-account abuse, ineligibility, or failure to complete a required claim. A displayed potential prize or automated eligibility result is not a guarantee until the winner and claim are verified.
7. Shop, account balance, invoices, promo codes, memberships, and themes
The 9000INC account balance is an internal purchase balance, not a bank account or insured deposit. It generally cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or redeemed for cash except when a written feature or approved refund expressly allows it. Orders, invoices, transaction records, gifts, purchases, premium plans, themes, content access, and promo-code use are tied to the applicable account.
A purchase is complete only after the website records successful payment or balance deduction and creates the applicable order, invoice, receipt, or entitlement. Pending, failed, reversed, refunded, charged-back, canceled, or disputed transactions are not completed purchases. 9000INC may correct duplicate charges, duplicate entitlements, pricing errors, or failed fulfillment.
Prices, availability, plan names, membership benefits, limits, theme assets, and included features may change prospectively. Material reductions to an already paid fixed-duration benefit should be handled reasonably through continued access, replacement value, account credit, refund, or another appropriate remedy where required. Promo and redeem codes may be limited by account, item, date, use count, membership, region, or other stated conditions and may be canceled for abuse or error.
Digital items are normally delivered immediately and may not be returnable merely because you changed your mind, subject to applicable law. Refund requests are reviewed based on payment status, duplicate or unauthorized charges, failed delivery, material defects, the applicable provider's rules, and legal requirements. A refund, reversal, or chargeback may remove the related balance, membership, theme, content access, reward progress, or other entitlement.
8. Donations and supporter rewards
A donation is a voluntary contribution to support 9000INC. Unless expressly stated otherwise, donations are not charitable contributions, are not represented as tax-deductible, do not purchase stock or equity, do not create voting or ownership rights, and do not guarantee that a requested project or feature will be completed.
Donation tiers, titles, โInvestorโ labels, custom art, hangouts, or other supporter rewards are promotional or community rewards only and are not securities or investment interests. Staff-fulfilled rewards may require scheduling, content review, account standing, and reasonable cooperation. A reward that cannot be delivered as described may be replaced, rescheduled, credited, or refunded as appropriate.
Completed donation totals may be cumulative for reward eligibility. Reversed, refunded, disputed, fraudulent, or duplicate contributions may be removed from the cumulative total and related rewards may be adjusted.
9. 9k Pay / Borrow terms
9k Pay is a manually administered website feature. It is not represented as a bank account, insured deposit account, credit card, automated lending marketplace, or automated approval system. Availability is not guaranteed and may be limited or disabled while legal, operational, identity, payment, or eligibility questions are reviewed.
Each Borrow request creates a request-specific agreement showing the requested principal, payout method, fee percentage, fee amount, total repayment, due-date rule, and other current terms. You must review and affirmatively accept that generated agreement before submitting. If a finalized manual fee changes, you must accept the finalized amount before approval. The request-specific agreement controls the financial details of that request.
Approval and funds marked as sent occur through an authorized administrative action. The repayment period begins from the recorded approval/funds-sent time. Partial repayments may be applied to the oldest active request first. Suggested weekly amounts are guidance only unless the generated agreement says otherwise. The current Phase 1 workflow does not automatically add late fees, but a missed deadline may pause 9k Pay, affect eligibility records, and require full repayment plus administrative review before access is restored.
Only provide the non-sensitive payout identifier requested by the interface. Do not submit bank account numbers, routing numbers, passwords, security codes, government identification numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information in free-text fields. You are responsible for confirming that the payout identifier is accurate and controlled by you.
9k Pay terms may be unavailable or changed where required by law or risk review. Nothing on an eligibility page guarantees approval, a limit, timing, or continued availability. Users should keep their own records and seek qualified legal, tax, or financial advice when needed.
10. Teams, scheduling, payroll calculations, work records, and location
Teams provides scheduling, availability, time-off, timeclock, break, work-log, task, incident, location, geofence, pay-period, payroll-calculation, and manager-review tools. 9000INC provides software and stored records; it does not become the employer, payroll processor, staffing agency, supervisor, or legal representative of every Team merely because a Team uses the service.
Team owners and authorized managers are responsible for lawful scheduling, wage and hour compliance, overtime, breaks, reimbursements, payroll, taxes, worker classification, leave, recordkeeping, notices, consent, location practices, and payment. Projected earnings, maximum earnings, converted currencies, payroll previews, and calculated totals are estimates based on entered settings and records. They do not replace official payroll records, pay statements, contracts, or legal obligations.
Location features may request browser permission and record latitude, longitude, accuracy, timestamps, event types, Team, shift/session, and related information for clock-in, clock-out, current-location, route, task, incident, or geofence functions. Authorized managers/reviewers may view records, and active teammates may view live teammate locations only when the Team setting enables it. Team users must not use these tools for unlawful, unrelated, hidden, or continuous tracking.
Autogenerated start-of-shift geofences are informational warnings. A saved Team or shift geofence may require an inside-area check, but the system may allow a documented override so GPS, browser, map, or connectivity failures do not block a required work action. An override does not guarantee manager approval or prove the underlying location.
Team chats, attachments, applications, incident reports, proof uploads, and work logs may contain sensitive workplace information. Only authorized people should access them, and Team owners/managers must configure roles and permissions carefully.
11. Privacy, security, analytics, advertising, and third parties
The Privacy Policy explains the categories of information collected, purposes, disclosures, retention, security, and available requests. You agree that 9000INC may process information as described there to provide and secure the services.
Public analytics and API responses are intended to use aggregate or privacy-thresholded information. API keys are scoped credentials and must be protected. Do not attempt to use analytics, search, administrative, or API features to identify individuals or obtain data you are not authorized to access.
Advertising and promotional submissions may be reviewed, rejected, paused, labeled, edited for technical display, or removed when misleading, harmful, broken, unlawful, or inappropriate. Third-party ads, links, authentication providers, payment providers, maps, hosting, email, app stores, Discord, Google, Twitch, Minecraft, and other connected services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. 9000INC is not responsible for a third party's independent service, content, outage, or decision.
12. Moderation, suspension, termination, deletion, and service changes
9000INC may warn, limit, suspend, remove, or terminate access; revoke room, bot, Team, Minecraft, API, purchase, or community privileges; preserve evidence; or report conduct when reasonably necessary to protect users, staff, providers, systems, or legal rights. Enforcement may consider context, severity, history, fraud risk, technical evidence, and available appeals or support information.
You may request account deletion through the available account or support tools. Some records may be retained or de-identified for transactions, financial history, Team/payroll records, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backups, legal obligations, or the rights of other users. Deleting an account does not automatically erase messages or records another user or Team is independently entitled or required to keep.
9000INC may add, update, pause, limit, rename, redesign, migrate, or discontinue features. Reasonable efforts may be made to preserve important account, transaction, and entitlement data, but every interface, game mode, third-party integration, free feature, or compatibility target is not guaranteed to remain available.
13. Disclaimers, warranties, and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 9000INC services are provided โas isโ and โas available.โ No guarantee is made that every service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against every threat, compatible with every device, accurate in every estimate, or permanently available. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.
9000INC content, eligibility displays, games, community statements, courses, analytics, rewards, payroll previews, and support responses are not legal, financial, tax, medical, employment, accounting, or other professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 9000INC and its operator, staff, and service contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits, opportunity, data, goodwill, virtual rewards, or service access; or third-party conduct arising from use of the services. For a paid claim that cannot legally be excluded, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid directly for the affected 9000INC service during the 12 months before the claim, unless applicable law requires a different remedy.
You are responsible for reasonable backups of local game saves, downloaded files, and information you need outside the service. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, including where applicable intentional misconduct, fraud, or certain personal injury and consumer rights.
14. Applicable law and resolving concerns
These Terms are governed by applicable law and, to the extent permitted, the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without overriding mandatory consumer or privacy protections that apply where you live. Before filing a formal claim, please contact 9000INC with enough information to investigate and attempt a good-faith resolution. Nothing here prevents a user from contacting a regulator, law-enforcement agency, or court where that right cannot be waived.
15. Contact
Questions about these Terms, a purchase, a donation, an account, or a legal release can be submitted through 9000INC Support or sent to 9000inccom@gmail.com. Privacy and data requests can also be started from account settings where available.
