Terms of Use
9000INC terms for the full platform
By using 9000INC, you agree to these terms for the website, accounts, games, bots, shop, account balance, invoices, memberships, promo codes, courses, ads, support, community features, content, and future connected services.
Required agreement
Visitors and members must agree to the current Terms of Use before continuing to use 9000INC. Guests may be remembered by browser storage or cookies for the current terms version. Members only need to agree once per terms version, unless the terms update again.
Acceptable use
Use 9000INC respectfully and safely. Do not abuse accounts, forms, support tickets, shop features, balances, invoices, promo codes, ad submissions, chats, games, bots, course tools, or admin-facing systems. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, exploit bugs, scrape private data, interfere with availability, spam, harass, impersonate others, or misuse community systems.
Accounts and login
You are responsible for activity performed through your 9000INC account and for keeping any linked external authentication accounts secure. 9000INC may suspend, restrict, remove, or adjust accounts that violate these terms, create security risk, abuse site systems, or require correction.
Shop, account balance, invoices, promo codes, and memberships
Shop items, account balance, invoices, purchases, promo codes, membership plans, premium themes, course access, and unlocks are account features managed by 9000INC. Pending, failed, reversed, refunded, or disputed payments are not completed purchases. Promo codes may be limited by product, user, usage count, date, membership, account status, or admin decision. Membership perks, prices, included features, and eligibility rules may change over time.
Eligibility scores and future perks
Any internal eligibility score, future-perk estimate, borrow-potential estimate, reward tier, or account-health display is informational only. It does not guarantee any loan, credit, advance, financial product, benefit, reward, approval, rate, term, or outcome.
9k Pay Terms / Borrow summary
9k Pay is a website feature hub. The first visible module is Borrow. Borrow is manual and admin-reviewed in this Phase 1 version. 9000INC does not automatically send funds, automatically approve requests, or run automated lending/payout decisions through the website.
Every Borrow request requires a checked agreement box confirming the requested amount, selected payout method, method fee percentage, fee amount, total repayment amount, due-date rule, and repayment terms. Approval and funds marked as sent happen together as one admin action. The repayment countdown starts from that approval/funds-sent timestamp.
Borrow availability is based on an admin-approved 9k Pay limit and the account's remaining available amount after active or pending 9k Pay balances. The requested principal must fit within the available 9k Pay amount. The one-time method fee may make the total repayment amount exceed the approved 9k Pay limit. No late fee is added in this Phase 1 version.
Suggested weekly payments are guidance only and can be skipped. The required deadline is full repayment by the displayed day-30 due date. Partial repayments are allowed and apply to the oldest active Borrow request first.
Missed repayment can pause 9k Pay until the late balance is fully repaid and an admin reviews/unpauses the account. When unpaused after a missed repayment, the account returns to Tier 1. Missed repayment history remains visible in the account's 9k Pay and eligibility history.
Premium and admin overrides
Administrators may grant, change, revoke, repair, or override premium access, badges, rewards, balance-related unlocks, promo-code access, and other account perks when needed for support, promotions, corrections, moderation, testing, or manual account adjustments. These changes may be logged.
User content
Profiles, support messages, ad submissions, chat/game content, course submissions, survey responses, uploads, and other user-provided material must be lawful, safe, respectful, and appropriate for the community. 9000INC may review, moderate, hide, remove, or restrict content that violates rules or creates risk.
Courses and training
Courses, assignments, quizzes, grading tools, and training materials are provided for internal learning, access management, and site-team workflows. Assignments may be reviewed by managers or administrators, and course status may affect account or team permissions.
Advertising
Ads and promotional submissions require review. 9000INC may reject, pause, remove, or edit ad placements that are misleading, unsafe, inappropriate, broken, harmful, or inconsistent with the community or site experience.
Bots, games, and connected services
Bot and game features may depend on linked accounts, server settings, permissions, rooms, Socket.IO or other live services, and third-party platforms. Do not misuse bot controls, game systems, leaderboards, room codes, server-admin tools, or real-time services.
Accessibility and personal settings
9000INC may provide accessibility themes and customization settings such as larger text, reduced motion, clearer focus outlines, high contrast, color-blind friendly colors, underlined links, and plain backgrounds. These tools are offered to improve usability but may not cover every need or device configuration.
Availability and changes
9000INC may update, pause, limit, rename, redesign, remove, or replace features to improve safety, fix issues, maintain the service, comply with requirements, or support growth. Features may change without preserving every prior interface or behavior.
No professional advice
9000INC features, scores, rewards, eligibility displays, games, courses, and community content are not legal, financial, medical, tax, or professional advice. You should make your own decisions and seek qualified help when needed.
