In The Fall Guy (2024), Ryan Gosling plays Colt Seavers, a stuntman who returns to work after an injury ends his career. The movie is essentially a love letter to stunt performers, showing how dangerous and physically demanding their work can be while also turning their skills into spectacular action sequences.
Another interesting detail: Gosling and the stunt team performed a huge number of practical stunts rather than relying entirely on CGI. The film even set a Guinness World Record for the most cannon rolls in a car, with stunt driver Logan Holladay completing eight and a half consecutive rolls.
