Minecraft help
Join the server, verify your connection and get playing. This guide covers the 9000INC server.
Join & verify
The address for this environment has not been published. Contact support before connecting.
- Open My Minecraft access and sign in to your 9000INC account. If needed, create an account. Check that access is active and link your exact Minecraft username. If access is required, follow the options shown on that page.
- Open Minecraft Java Edition β Multiplayer β Add Server. Enter the address above, including any port shown, and connect with the linked username. Use a client version supported by the server; an incompatible-version message identifies a version mismatch.
- In Minecraft chat, open Click to verify on 9000INC. Sign in to the same website account that owns the linked username. The link carries your one-time code and approves that connection. You can also enter the displayed code on My Minecraft access.
- Return to the game and wait for verification to finish. Movement, chat, commands and interaction stay locked until approval reaches the server. Every reconnect requires a new verification link or code.
Approve only a connection you started. Keep your verification code private. The optional resource packs are separate from account access.
Start playing
Once verified, play Minecraft normally and follow staff instructions and protected-area restrictions. Save a useful location with /9ksethome base, return with /9khome base, and use /daily for your daily reward when enabled. Press Tab to view the player list.
Current website settings: 3 homes Β· 3-second teleport warmup Β· 30-second cooldown. Daily rewards are enabled.
Stand still during a home teleport warmup; movement or damage cancels it. Leave empty inventory slots before claiming a reward. If the reward cannot fit, it stays pending instead of dropping on the ground.
Player commands
Type commands in Minecraft chat after verification. Replace name or username with your own value; square brackets mean optional.
| Command | What it does |
|---|---|
/9ksethome [name] | Save your current location. Reusing a name updates that home. |
/9khome [name] | Teleport to a saved home. |
/9khomes | List your saved homes. |
/9kdelhome [name] | Delete a saved home. |
/daily Β· /9kdaily | Claim the configured daily item reward and points, or retry a pending delivery. One claim per website calendar day; missing days does not reset progress. |
/points Β· /9kpoints Β· /mcpoints | Show your Minecraft points and successful daily claim count. |
/skin Β· /skins Β· /9kskin | Open the skin picker. |
/skin username | Use a Minecraft account's skin. /skin https://β¦ accepts a supported public skin image when skin links are enabled. |
/skin reset | Return to automatic lookup for your linked Minecraft username. |
/skin steve Β· /skin default Β· /skin alex | Choose a fixed default skin. |
/skin retry | Retry a failed skin lookup or application. |
/packs Β· /9kpacks Β· /resourcepacks | Review and choose each eligible optional resource pack. |
Home names use 1β24 letters, numbers, underscores or hyphens. Leaving the name out uses home. Short home commands /sethome, /home, /homes and /delhome are available when their aliases are assigned to this plugin; the /9kβ¦ commands avoid conflicts. Skin arguments also work with /9kskin if another plugin owns /skin.
Optional resource packs
9000INC Items adds appearances for six custom reward items. 9k Is Evil adds Halloween textures, tools, paintings and mobs. Both collections are free. Use the catalog for previews, exact supported versions and coverage.
- Open
/packsand select a named pack to review it. - Choose Download / Enable only for a pack you want. Each pack needs its own confirmation. Another approved pack waits while the current pack is loading.
- Choose Skip download or close the confirmation to leave your visuals as they are. Right-click a pack in the list to disable that pack.
Verification never starts a pack download. A new connection or new pack content needs a new choice. Failed downloads wait for an explicit retry in /packs. Minecraft may reuse a cached copy or apply its saved server-pack preference after you approve the offer.
Packs do not change item stats or grant access. You can play with vanilla visuals and still receive usable rewards. An unsupported client gets no guessed pack variant; these packs are for Java Edition. Other packs you use can affect which textures appear.
Troubleshooting
- Access denied or wrong account
- Check your access status and exact linked username on My Minecraft access. Sign in to that account, leave any account-preview mode, and use the latest connection's code. Only one linked username can be active for an account.
- Verification link expired or did not open
- Enter the current code manually on the access page. If the connection expired, reconnect to get a new code; an old code cannot approve a new connection.
- Still waiting after approval
- Give the server a few seconds to receive approval. If it remains locked or shows βLoading terrain,β avoid repeatedly confirming packs. Try reconnecting once and verify the new connection. If it continues, report the time, client version and exact message to support.
- Pack declined, failed or no response
- You can continue without it. Check Minecraft's Server Resource Packs setting for this server, then reopen
/packsand explicitly choose a retry. βAwaiting your choiceβ means no download has started. - Home, reward or skin is unavailable
- Check the command's message. Home limits and teleport timing are configurable; full inventories keep rewards pending. Use
/skin retryfor a failed skin. For an unknown short command, use its/9kβ¦alternative above.
Contact support with your Minecraft username, the server environment, client version and the error text. Do not include passwords or verification codes.
