9000INC ยท Native Authoritative Arcade

Don't Eat Me

Grow, boost, eat, and survive on a dedicated authoritative server while the browser edition remains available.

Don't Eat Me now has a native Godot edition for Android, Windows, and Linux using the shared 9000INC account, lobby, ENet, reconnect, diagnostics, compiler, and dedicated-server foundation. FFA, Red vs Blue, and 4-Team play preserve the established browser-game direction while movement, food, growth, collisions, eliminations, and results are server-authoritative. The existing browser game remains the install-free fallback.
๐ŸProven gameplay preserved

Free For All, Red vs Blue, 4-Team play, food, growth, boost, eliminations, skins, and leaderboard continuation preserve the established game direction.

โšกAuthoritative movement

A 60 Hz dedicated server validates steering, boosting, food pickups, growth, body collisions, eliminations, scores, and round completion instead of trusting a player device.

๐Ÿ“กNetwork visibility

Ping, jitter, packet loss, reconnect state, server, region, protocol, reconciliation count, and prediction error are visible while playing.

๐Ÿ”„Reconnect-safe rounds

Temporary disconnects resume the existing allocation and server-owned player state without creating a duplicate snake.

Legacy browser fallback

No forced installation

The established browser game remains available as a legacy compatibility fallback. It is separate from the compiled Godot Web target shown on the Web Games page.

Authoritative arcade networking

Server state recovers cleanly from packet loss

Unreliable ordered state updates and periodic full snapshots keep movement responsive while reconnect and diagnostics make packet loss visible instead of silently desynchronizing the round.
